I didn't register on 4th of July. It was on the 4th of April 2016

Also, I did place a bet with the 50 lei deposit that I made and I won about 250 lei. 

Something to add: The refunded 14.94 lei that I was overcharged to me, all went to the bonus account.

I wouldn't say that it's a bonus balance issue, the way you put it. Because every deposits that I'd make will be credited to bonus balance instead of real balance. Nonetheless, the title doesn't really matter.

There is no place on the terms and conditions outlined that if one should receive a bonus, that all his or her future deposits will be confiscated. It's really pathetic!

I've discussed your issue with Netbet.

Firstly regarding the bank charges - I believe the missing funds were returned to your account on the 21/04/2016.

As to your deposits going into your bonus balance - when you receive a bonus at Netbet your balance is locked (not withdrawable) until you either complete the bonus requirements or bust out. In this instance you've used your bonus to place wagers on various sports events. You then deposited BEFORE the sports events you wagered on were concluded. As such, until the bets you placed with the bonus money are concluded and those bets settled any future deposits will go into your bonus account.

Does that clear this issue up?

It is true that the bank charges were refunded to my bonus account instead of my main balance.

I did receive a bonus booster of 250 lei to wager 8 times with minimum odd of 1.50 before I could withdraw the bonus. Yes, I did read the terms and conditions associated with it.

It is also true that I did make use of the bonus booster they gave to me to place some bet on the site.

My 2nd deposit on the site was on the 9th of April 2016 and my last deposit was on the 19th respectively. (both credited to my bonus account)
I can give screen shots of my deposit &amp; bet history so as to ascertain my claim that I didn't have an open bet prior to my deposits on NetBet Casino.
I had about 7 lei left when I make my last deposit on the site (50 lei). On this date 19/04/2016, I didn't place any bet.

Nonetheless, they have refunded the money to my main balance, and everything is perfectly OK!

A misunderstanding regarding the way the Netbet bonus system works has been clarified and the player has been paid the missing funds.

I did register on Netbet Casino on the 4th of July 2016 and make my initial deposit of 380 lei(Romanian currency) and played just the jackpot games on the site! I did notice on my bank statement that 394.94 lei was charged instead of 380 lei
 
 I received a bonus booster of 250 lei to wager up to 8x (i.e 2000 lei) with the odd of 1.50 before I can withdraw the bonus.

 Days later I decided to make another deposit because I had lost the jackpot game that I played. So I make another deposit of 40 lei with the intention of placing another jackpot game. So I noticed that the 40 lei that I deposited was not credited in my main account but to my bonus balance.
 
 So I contacted their customer service on live chat to find out why my money was not credited into my main balance. I was told that it was a technical issue and it will be corrected as soon as possible. But they did nothing about the situation. So I couldn't place my jackpot games because the money was in my bonus balance :(
 
 I decided to play around with the bonus booster that I received plus the 40 lei that was wrongly credited to my bonus account. I then placed many games and eventually lost most of the money, and about 7 lei was left in the bonus account.
 
 My last deposit of 50 lei on the site, I did notice the same thing again. I spoke with them on the phone and wrote several emails about the situation, but nothing has been done about my situation.
