NetBet - Slow Payment
Resolved - a mistake on the part of a casino rep was quickly resolved once we contacted them.

The issue I'm having is as follows:
I requested a payout from Netbet (account name with Netbet is [EDIT]) on the 5th October and it has still not been processed.(I also have a second payout from Tuesday 15th which also is still not processed)
I've been really polite with staff who in fairness have been polite too but I think they are deliberately not paying me and I'm worried they won't pay me my money.
I closed my account on Sat as part of their self exclusion program but I'm regretting this as I think they will be less likely to pay as I won't be using their site in future.
They have promised me constant updates but the only update I get is 'it's with the payment team' and they will never let me speak to the 'payment team' or get any feedback from them.( I've been told every day for past 10 days that it's with the payment team and they will contact me via mail when they hear anything but they don't know when they will hear anything )
Any help or advice you could give would be much obliged.
*Bets were on straight football bets. There have been no bonuses involved etc.
I've provided them with all the authentication and identification requirements they've asked for.
I've had numerous successful withdraws previously with no issue bar the fact it usually took a wee while for money to arrive to account (validated within 48 hours usually).
Overall I've lost money on the site so not that it should matter but it's not as if I'm taking my winnings and running.
