Made a withdrawal on 20th of October . Have made contact countless times with casino and told different stories. Contacted my bank to see if any problem there end and nothing is showing

That the money was processed and will be in my bank however when I have tried to contact them a few weeks later they said they were going to investigate it and I never heard anything more
