Player's Complaint

Yesterday, after making the payment through credit carding I tried to place bets on both live and normal. the answer is 'always been the same: this account can not' place bets.

Also, when I asked to pay what I paid by crediting the mastercard, and I 'was rejected and I was forced to request payment by bank transfer. I sent an email asking for explanations and after 12 hours I still have not received a response. I hope I have not lost my money and my credit card has not been cloned.

I'm afraid that without your username/the email address that you used to sign-up with OffSide Bet there really isn't much I can do to help you.

I'll hold this complaint open another week, but if I don't hear back from you I'll assume that it has been resolved satisfactorily without our intervention.

As far as we're concerned, this is a non-issue. Having not received the appropriate information from Sparvi, we couldn't even get as far as contacting OffSide Bet about this issue.
