Greetings, I registred in casino with the purpose to derive pleasure and to spend the money. Now I feel rage and bewilderment. On 20 May my account and my winning was blocked without explanation. It is an awful mistake because I did not violate terms and conditions of casino.
The casino returned my deposit, but cancelled the winning. My winning of 900 euros the casino appropriated after blocking.
I sent a complaint at the casino. The casino made a reference to point 9 of terms and conditions. I am familiar with it. There is specified that casino have the right to close the account in point, but not to hold my winning.
The сasino has no right to block the account and money without explanation. According to the international law, the consumer of services has to be informed on the course of the carried-out service, on the blocking reasons too.
Blocking my account doesn 't bother me, I was frustrated with the No Bonus casino. I ask the casino to return my winning.
