My account was deactivated on 1 of April, they didn't even send me email about deactivation. After I contact them asking what is going on They send an email asking for: -A picture of myself holding an ID ( I send them picture) -An official document that proves my registered mobile phone Because my phone was not on contract there was no official document I can show, we managed a call on 5th of April to confirm my details. This is the next email I received: "The phone call verification was completed, but the security department deemed necessary a security review to be conducted" These processes do not have a time expectancy, therefore we kindly ask for your patience until you receive an update on your account. Today 29 of June I called them again, they said same thing as always.
