Player's Complaint

Blocked account under investigation which is not being told. For more then 2 months i am trying to contact them, obviously they are requesting me to wait. I have been verified with my identity everything. I have started to use from feb-march 2021, and then blocked my account without any reason. This is one of their response

Please be informed that we cannot comment on your inquiries regarding the deactivation of your account or its review process, as the Customer Support Department is not involved in any way in the matter.

We would also like to inform you that the review process of your account has not been completed by the relevant department, and we kindly request your patience, as this meticulous process is somewhat time-consuming, and we are not able to provide you with an exact time frame regarding its completion.

At this point, we would like to reassure you that any investigation by the company is carried out for security reasons, both the players and the companies, and we are in no way seeking to cause frustration.

Furthermore, we would like to point out section 12.3, of the companies terms and conditions:

Please ensure you have read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that fully you understand how our complaint management process functions.

Unfortunately you’ve chosen to play with an operator who historically has refused to cooperate with this service in the management of complaints from UK players. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf, it is a near certainty that they will refuse to discuss this complaint.

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, IBAS.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
