Dear Curacao eGaming Team
my name is [EDIT] and I won 550 € on the Casino side OceanBets.com which is licenced by you.
The problem is now, that the Oceanbets Team is not answering my emails and I also got banned on the live chat of the side.
I wrote them a lot of emails and they are not answering me or sending me any transaction and how its going.
After I cashed out the money I got an auto email where they said that they will get in contact with me, if they need some more documents for the withdrawal.
Well I was waiting for 3 days and they did not send my anything to tell me which documents they need, so I send them the documents they need by my self.
After that I got an email on my SPAM with the topic "Dear [EDIT]" we would like to tell you that your documents have been verified and they passed the verification team.
So my question now is why they call me " Dear [EDIT]" ? And why was that email on my SPAM.
Well I waited 5 days after they verificated my documents, but I still have no money on my bank account.
I cashed out the money on the 7th of march.
On the 13th of march they verificated my documents and today is the 25th of march and they still did not send me the money to my bank account or any email responds to my Emails...
I mean its only 550€ Its not like I won 10.000 or something.
I dont know where the problem is.
Please help me.
