Declined - We have already reviewed this issue for the player and the operator were non-responsive. It is not a good use of resources to revisit this issue.
Player's Complaint
Hi, I opened an account recieved the bonus played as per their T&C's but have since had my winnings confiscated and my account closed. For more than 3 months now I have been trying to contact them only to be told my account is under 'investigation' and for at least teh past 2 months maybe more I've heard nothing. Despite sending mail to every contact mail they have and attempting to contact 'Live Chat' every day (which never works). Please can you help me?
