Player's Complaint
This is my second attempt to withdraw my money. The first time I waited 5 days, even though the website says the transaction is 1-3 days. After those 5 days I reject my transaction and contacted casino support. There they assured me that everything is ok, there are just a lot of people and that's why the process is delayed. On the 5th of March, I placed a new transaction, until that moment, the transaction status is Pending. I wrote to support again and they replied the same....
