Osiris – No response and took away winnings


Found for the Player - Osiris casino failed to offer any response to this complaint. The terms appear to have been enforced in a questionable manner.

Player's Complaint

First I tried to withdraw 740 euros after I had converted all bonus money to real money. They took away 199 euros saying that I couldn't withdraw the money I got as a welcome bonus.

I tried to do a withdraw of 540 euros after that and they rejected it manually and removed 460 euros saying that I had made single bets higher than 30% of the initial welcome bonus of 199 euros. I have looked over the entire game history and never did a single bet higher than 5 euros. I tried talking to the live chat and they refused to help me saying that I should write a email instead. So I did and now its been over 3 days and they still haven't responded to me. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

I can take screenshots of mails and or other related things if you need.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with a group that is both non-responsive to complaints posted at this site and that carries exceptionally predatory terms and conditions.

I'll contact Osiris casino but in all honesty I would not anticipate a response.

It would be helpful if you could forward screen shots of your game history on so I can verify that no bets exceeding the 30% limit occurred. You can send these to webmaster@thepogg.com.

Hi Jonisen,

We have repeatedly contacted Osiris casino and have had no response. They've now exceeded our final deadline by over a week. I'm sorry to say that there's no reasonable hope or expectation of this operator responding to this complaint.
