Before going any further I will say that this is an operator that hold Blacklist status with us and who have been routinely non-responsive to player complaints posted at this service in the past. As a result I need you to understand from the outset that the chance that we will make any difference to this situation is limited. Hi viperblck,

We've tried repeatedly to communicate with Otobet about this issue and have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I have no reasonable expectation of the situation changing.

Unfortunately as Otobet are licensed in Costa Rica, which from a player perspective is effectively unlicensed, there's not even anyone I can suggest escalating your complaint to.

I'm sorry we could not be of more help!
