Paddy Power - closed my account and have not paid me

Resolved - The player became non-responsive to us after we pointed out that the style of play they engaged in would always draw extra scrutiny from any casino security team. That being the case we can't establish whether they did actually breach any casino terms and conditions.

I made a deposit of 100 pounds to Paddy Power with Paysafe and receive a 400 pounds bonus from them through this link:

Then I made an 8600 pounds withdrawal via Bank Transfer and they closed my account.
I have sent them my passport and driving licence, as well as my bank statement and electricity bill. Can you help me?

The bad news is that the only other complaint we've dealt with against Paddy Power they refused to discuss. The good news is after contact them they reviewed the issue internally and resolved it themselves.
I'll contact the casino and see what I can do.
