Player's Complaint

After having a paddypower account for around five years i was playing a slot when it crashed in the bonus round, i contacted them about this at which point my account was suddenly closed for "verification pourposes" i sent in a driving licence, bank statement etc and was told i needed to provide a picture of all the cards linked to the account, i provided the picture for one card but cannot provide it for the other two as i no longer use those banks so don't have the card or a way to get a letter stating proof of ownership. there is currently around £3 in the account(not a lot i kno!) but they wont return those funds or reopen the account

Hi alcapony1991 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this situation. The operator are complying with the conditions of their license in making this request if they have concerns that this account may not be controlled by the person named on the account. If you hold accounts with these banks then you are legally entitled to request information on those accounts. As such all we can suggest you do is contact your banks and provide the requested information.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
