Hello,

I have an account at paradise casino for a while now. I have uploaded my documents and they were approved. I have made several deposits and also made a few successful withdrawals in the past. Today i made a few deposits and got a little bit lucky and requested a withdrawal. Now they are asking from me to take a selfie with id, date and text on a piece of paper. I think they went too far with this and i would like to request your help to get my money refunded from the date of my last approved withdrawal and to close my account. I have no problem with their sisters casinos. They paid me as soon as possible.

Hello,
I have made a few successful withdrawal in the past and now they requested what to me a ridiculous thing to do, i would like to know why now and what is the reason for the request. I am more than happy to have a video chat with them instead of sending a selfie. It is not fair, they do not ask for a selfie when i deposit but they do when you are requesting a withdrawal. Taking money is a lot easier than giving them. I would like to know the reason het they ask me for a selfie and then i would like to have a video chat, could be via Whatsapp or Facebook or whatever
