Hi worhamer - welcome back!

Before I go any further I need to address something. This is your 3rd complaint to this service. The first was submitted against an operator we did not list. The second was submitted against an operator who is part of a group we list as Not Recommended. Parasino are Blacklisted with this service. If you persist in ignoring the recommendations this service offers you are far more likely to experience issues.

As things stand, Parasino have been involved in what we view to be as serious Responsible Gambling failures and as such are now non-responsive to this service. While I will try to contact the operator on your behalf, my expectation would be that we will not receive a response.

Yes, I sent three complaints to you. I dont have any more problems with bookmaker. Only three with.
1. 2BATTLE. I have alredy sent you message about the situation around this bookmeker. Im waiting answer from them.
2. NOXWIN. They sent me email. "We kindly advice you to initiate withdrawal in parts, in order to receive it faster." I did it. Now Im waiting when payout will complite.
3. PARASINO. I regestered and played with them more then one year. There were any problems with them. They paid me in time. Now the situation has changed. I did not know that they were on the blacklist. If I knew this, I would not have played them. Therefore, I ask you to help me.

Hi worhamer,

You're missing my point entirely - you are choosing to play with operators that we clearly detail as problematic, then coming to us when you encounter problems. When you refuse to take our advice and choose to play with operators where other players have already experienced significant problems you are setting yourself up for trouble. While we're happy to help player you have to take responsibility for your own choices and actions when you specifically choose to ignore our advice.

This service is provided by a small team and our resources are spread over hundreds of complaints each month. Where you create work for us by choosing to play with problematic operators that takes resources away from managing other issues. We'll look into this case for you, if we can get Parasino to respond, but after this I would expect you not to submit complaints again against negatively listed operators.

Sorry, but you never told me dont play in Parasino and I did not ask you. Where can I see full blacklist of bookmekers?

Hi worhamer,

You can see our Blacklist in the 'Casino Reviews' tab of our navigation bar, but just as simply could can use the search function.

Obviously we do not 'tell' each complainant directly each of the places they should not use, but we do expect them to be able to use their own initiative to find out the standing of a property when we're good enough to offer a free complaints service that has previously assisted them.
