Resolved - After a short delay, Slots Garden (formally Party City), have paid this player in full and assured us that future complaints will receive a prompt reply.
On March 16th, 2015 I was approved for a withdrawal of 1200.00 by Party City Casino, now Slots Garden. I have called constantly since the 10 day waiting period has ended and am told that either the person that handles it is out to lunch, etc. I feel they are trying not to pay me.

Slots Garden have now got back to me. They tell me that a cheque has been sent out and you should have received it on the 7th of April. Can you confirm this?
