Player's Complaint

I have been waiting for my account to be verified and my payout to be made for weeks now and every time I speak with them all they say is that it is still under review and in a queue. They can't even give me a estimated time frame on when this will be completed. Are you able to find something out for me? I also have a payout I am waiting on from their sister casino Sloty which has now been 7 weeks also and all they are saying is it's under review and haven't even asked me to send them any docs. I f you can speak to both of them it would really be appreciated. I want to carry on playing in these casinos as I like to layout and ease of use but I am worried if it takes this long to be paid out each time.

Just to update you I have had a email from Pelaa saying that they are going to process my payment. I still haven't heard anything thing from Spela yet though, not sure if you have spoken to them as well or maybe I have to make a separate complaint for that one?

The operator informs us that you do not have a pending withdrawal at Spela. They state that you did have a withdrawal at Sloty but that this has been processed.
