Hello, I have had a couple of successful withdrawals on this casino.
The ammount in question now comes from a massive win I got last month. I ended up with 19631$
They have paid me 2000$ from this total and I have since been waiting for the next installment which I have requested over 25 days ago.
Can you please get in touch with the operator and ask them when the next installment will arrive? Everytime I email them, [EDIT] from their support team tells me he will escalate the issue but I never hear back with any results
