This is the second time this issue has happened to me I have had issues with withdrawal of large amounts back in September I had this same issue I won 10,000 and could not withdraw from this casino 20 days with 100s of cancelled withdrawal requests no help from the casino in trying to resolve this the said it was my issueing bank and other excuses I had no problem with withdrawals of smaller amounts using the same methods I told them I had I gambling addition and add for my funds to be locked but couldn’t be done after 20 days of waiting my addition got the better of me and I spent the money and a few weeks after I started to play at this casino again no problem with my withdrawals of small amounts 1000, 500, 1500, all withdrawals completed within a few mins....
Now on 14 January I won 10,000 again and when I went to withdraw I started having the same issue as before withdrawals kept been cancelled over 40 times and same excuse as before my issueing bank was the problem even though it was the same method as I have always used after 3 days still no progress so i feared that it was going to go on like the last time and again my addiction got the better of me and spent the funds I feel like this casino is a scam and my consumer rights are been breached
I have lots of emails and chat transcripts
But what about the issue with withdrawal never a problem when it is smaller withdrawals but wen it’s larger amounts withdrawals keep being cancelled and it’s my banks fault as stated this is the second time this issue has happened also it stated in there terms and conditions that 24 hours for withdrawals first time this happened I waited over 20 days with no withdrawals and 3 days this time is this not breached of contract

Had you contacted us about this issue before playing down your balance we would have been happy to try to assist, despite the fact that this operator has been historically non-cooperative with complaints.
After you have chosen to gamble with your balance however there is nothing we can do to assist you. You made the choice to play with your funds. You lost. Had you won, you would not be here insisting that the operator take your winnings back. Likewise, we will not argue for your losses cannot be voided on this basis.

Ok this is still happening I can make withdrawals 1000 every 24 hrs the they will be cancelled and then ask for a selfi of my holding my passport and also a device with my account also included in the selfi picture this has been asked for twice even though my account is verified and then I can withdraw every 24hours now I have funds in my account and there is another issue the past 4 days still not resolved and I withdraw 500 the stopped working again I have contacted the casino numerous times and still have not fixed my withdrawals issue
