Player's Complaint

Hello, I signed up to Pink Casino about a week ago and did their welcome offer. I lost the first one and they offered a 2nd deposit bonus. I did that and ended up winning £3577. After I put in a withdrawal they asked for KYC documents which I supplied them. They then said that they needed a selfie picture of me with my ID and then I could receive my withdrawal. After I sent them it, the following day they said I was committing several breaches of the contract and my winnings have been confiscated and the decision is final. They haven't even said what I did wrong other than 'several breaches'. My account with them is [EDIT] and my email [EDIT]. The person who was emailing me was [EDIT].

Thanks,

Hi ambergambler78 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

I'll contact Pink casino and see what we can find out for you. Please be aware that as this appears a 'fraud' issue, the if we find the operator to be correct in this assessment the amount that we will be able to share with you will be very limited.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi ambergambler78,

I've spoken to Pink casino and unfortunately they've decided that they will not discuss any complaints with this service, asking simply that we refer you back to their customer support or that we direct you to their ADR service eCOGRA. My personal recommendation given your current situation would be to contact eCOGRA.

Sorry we couldn't be of more help.
