Player's Complaint

Hi so to start this off I’m a problem gambler, I havent gambled in just under a month and gave in and looked for a casino I was signed up to which led me to pink casino. I then went on to deposit a total of £450 on there (this was the only site I could find that allowed me on) of which i didn’t have. I then realised that this was a partner company of Leo Vegas gaming limited which is a participating company with Gamstop to which Gamstop ha e confirmed with me. I was so upset as I’m signed up with Gamstop that I shouldn’t have been allowed to go on my account at all let alone deposit. I spoke to pink casino asking for a refund for my deposits and they asked me to send them the email of which confirmed I was on Gamstop to which I sent to them. I then got an email from another support person there saying they are not on Gamstop which is a lie as Gamstop have said they are. They were at first replying within 15 minutes of emails been sent out however when I told them they were in fact a part of Gamstop they have not replied to me. I sent them an email this morning to ask them why they are ignoring me and got an email back saying it can take up to 5 days for them to reply which it did not have in the original emails where the ticket number is. They are just prolonging it. If I wasn’t allowed to gamble there I wouldn’t have obviously but they allowed it when they shouldn’t have and I now have ended up spending £450 I did not really have l :( I know this is a long description but would really appreciate your help. Sorry about this I was helped a lot by gamstop as they were refusing to refund me I told them I was getting in touch with the gambling commission and about half an hour later I was refunded. This issue is now resolved thank you any way :)
