Hello, on 29.11.21 I made a deposit of $ 20, immediately after which they blocked my account, from then until today countless emails and live chat conversations, they do not refund me the amount of $ 20, their opinion is that they only receive empty emails, and this is not the case. please look at my application I know that the amount is small but it should be refunded
