Hello, i won 5k on Pino casino. As i am VIP and fully verified there, it is strange that i can’t enter the live chat and already waiting for my withdrawal 1 day, also i can only withdraw so i need to do it in 2 days. But now I can’t contact them.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
