uploaded ten times the screenshots/pdf of the payment,i opened 2 tickets....still after 4 hours and 15 emails they ask for the same proof of payments like i send them many times,and uploaded on their page.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
