PKR – Casino withrawals not able to refund cards in Australia
Resolved - We understand the frustration this player experienced but PKR appear to have resolved their processor issues and we assume this player has been paid.

I am writing regarding your recent withdrawal of $3000.
Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, we are currently not able to refund to any cards in Australia. We hope to have this resolved in the next few weeks, but cannot give an estimated date at the moment.
Until then, you are able to receive withdrawals via either Neteller or Skrill, which are online payment methods.
In order to receive the withdrawal, you will need to register a Skrill or Neteller account through our cashier, and then make a small deposit in order to activate it for future withdrawals. Once this is done, please can you let us know so we can process the withdrawal for you.
I do apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused, and thank you for your understanding.

I will not be opening a Neteller or Skrill account for the purpose of being paid money owing to me by a casino and have asked them to pay my PayPal account instead. I have been paid withdrawals by PKR casino in prior years and I am concerned this time that things seemed to have changed. My withdrawal was made on Dec 5 2016.
