Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Planet Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response from the operator what-so-ever.

I won money playing at Planet casinos web site on June 1st. $ 1000.00. I did use my credit card for depositing on June 6th they sent me an email saying it was processed and would take up to 10 business days.
On June 18th i went online and chatted with their agent and was told it was processed and should be in my account anyday. Also chatted with them June 18th, told it was processed, June 20th told same thing.
June 22nd [EDIT], the agent told me check in my account in an hour, on june 24th i went back on line to chat and an agent told me check it was processed. June 25th an agent told me it would be there friday.
On June 28th when the money wasnt there [EDIT] the agent told me i had to send them my bank statement and if i didnt, i wouldnt get my money... ( I have all the chats in my email, I copied them)
I checked back this week everyday they have lied. i asked them for a wire confirmation number, they will not give it to me. I think this company is fraud and they are taking peoples money and not paying it when they win.
today is July 16 and they asked me again for my bank statements to make sure I didn't get paid. I sent them, they promised to resolve it today and now they are stalling me again. they see there is no money in my account. they just don't care.
They are now moving sites, their new casinos are Casino Grand Bay, Lucky creek, Big Dollar Casino and Black Lotus.
I am afraid i wont get my money.
