Player's Complaint
I recently signed up for Planet7 casino with no bonus code and deposited 150 dollars. I was playing blackjack going up and down and I started winning. My account was up to 1600 dollars. I went to login to play some more and It would not let me login. I went on live chat to see what the problem was and they said my casino access was revoked with no explanation and told me to email the manager. I emailed the manager and got the same response. I emailed them several times trying to get my money and an explanation to no avail. I called them and after being on hold for 20 minutes I was disconnected. I deposited via my mastercard in my name and have done nothing unfair or wrong. Can you Please help me? my login username is [EDIT] and my email registered is [EDIT] I also can send you the chat i had and the emails that were sent between both parties. In the beginning i did use a bad choice of words including fraud but was not trying to be threating in any matter. this has never happened to me before and i was uneducated about dealing with this issue before coming to this site.
