Player's Complaint

I recently signed up for Planet7 casino with no bonus code and deposited 150 dollars. I was playing blackjack going up and down and I started winning. My account was up to 1600 dollars. I went to login to play some more and It would not let me login. I went on live chat to see what the problem was and they said my casino access was revoked with no explanation and told me to email the manager. I emailed the manager and got the same response. I emailed them several times trying to get my money and an explanation to no avail. I called them and after being on hold for 20 minutes I was disconnected. I deposited via my mastercard in my name and have done nothing unfair or wrong. Can you Please help me? my login username is [EDIT] and my email registered is [EDIT] I also can send you the chat i had and the emails that were sent between both parties. In the beginning i did use a bad choice of words including fraud but was not trying to be threating in any matter. this has never happened to me before and i was uneducated about dealing with this issue before coming to this site. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi ekvall87,

I have had a response from Planet7 and a representative is looking into your issue now. It is standard where an operator suspects a player of fraud that they will not provide the player with any information regarding the reasons that the player's account has been closed. As such it's very unlikely that repeated contact will get you any more information. I would also stress that if upon review we agree with the casino's decision, we will not provide you with the supporting evidence as we will be subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement. We will only provide you with our decision.

I'll let you know as soon as the casino rep gets back and I've reviewed what they've gathered.

Thanks,

This player has been identified as having been associated with Credit Card fraud by Planet7's payment processor due to their previous activities within the industry. As such he payment processor declined the deposit as soon as this was identified resulting in Planet7 never received the funds. As such all play on this account is considered null and void.

Given the evidence provided we support the operator's decision to void all play and would strongly advise this player not to deposit to any RealTime Gaming properties in future - many of whom share the same payment processor - as this issue is likely to continue to occur.
