Found for the Casino - While we're not fond of bonus terms extending past the point where the bonus wagering requirements have been met, the term are very clear that they do. As such this player broke the rule when they played Blackjack.

Player's Complaint

i requested a payout on 1/30/2018 @ 6:25am for the amount of $500.00. i submitted all the verification documents to them and waited for the payout. after following up numerous times, the casino states they have all the verification docs and waiting for approval for the withdrawal. on 2/22/2018 @ 5:33am i check my acct and it stated withdrawal was denied. i live chatted with customer service and finally got a supervisor, there reason is that i played blackjack and this was the reason even though i played through the necessary amount they required on slots. i told them if i was not allowed to play blackjack why didn't they restrict me from playing. i know they are able to do that cuz they did that for other deposits i made with bonus and i couldn't play certain games so they restricted me from playing by not even allowing me to get into the game. i just want what i won fairly. please let me know if you think i have a good enough complaint on my part to go further. thank you for your time
