Player's Complaint

I have been trying to get my money from them for over a month now, they have blocked me from the live chat option, they will not answer the emails that have been sent or return calls, I have passed the verification process and have emails that state that. Once I passed the verification process I was asked to contact live chat to complete my withdrawal, I was asked for my bank statements and they had no reason to ask for that since I had already passed the verification, once I informed them that I have proof that I passed that, I was blocked and now have no way to contact them to try and get the funds. Please help. Thank you.
