Good day Sir/Madam,

I have submitted all requested documentation verification to your casino at the following email addresses which have all returned as as UNDELIVERABLE:

I have an issue with sending/forwarding my personal information repeatedly to what I have assumed is a valid and trustworthy source only to have them floating around in cyber limbo! Is there a valid reason for this as I have the following pending withdrawals and would like to receive my funds at the earliest.

It seems that the goal post just keeps moving. Is it really worth my time to play at your casino if this is the type of service I can expect? To be honest, I really do enjoy the games and would really not like to leave Plane7 and it’s affiliates.

Unfortunately our contact at this group has become non-responsive once again. This happens periodically where they disappear for a few months then resurface and resolve all current complaints. The Planet7 rep has now got back in contact with us and I'm pursuing your issue again.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with an operator that's entirely unlicensed and well known for taking very long times to pay players. Legality has little to do with this as it would be next to impossible to take legal action against this group - your experience is the same as hundreds of other players.

I'll let you know when I have more information.
