Player's Complaint
II gambled on Web Site owned by Casino Planet7 and won $1,790.00. Defendant stated on April 18th 2016 that they had massive delays and a check would take 2 months to get to me. They offered me wiring but only to a Bank in the US which accepts direct international wires . They would not use a bank that utilizes Intermediary Banks.. There are basically two major U.S. Banks that allow Direct Wiring of International funds so I had to open an account at one of them. There is no reason they could not use my bank through an Intermediary. Since it is International, their check and bank are not part of the Federal Reserve in the U.S. So a Swift Code is used and the funds are sent to an Intermediary Bank then to my Bank from the Intermediary Bank. Defendants could also credit my Credit Card or Deposit as a gift. They intentionally put obstacles in the way to frustrate the consumer and delay or deny payment

I will also say that many US facing operators face significant hurdles due to US law making payments to US banks. This is likely to be the reason behind this issue.
