Player's Complaint
I have jumped through every hoop that Planet 7 has made me.....they denied payment by Bitcoin,then denied a draft check. The bank account I had was a joint account so they then denied me again telling me my only option if I wanted to get paid was to open another bank account. Well I opened a bank account solely for receiving my winnings and now Plabet 7 isn't responding to my emails.initial withdrawal request was on 11/3/2020.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
