Player's Complaint

I have jumped through every hoop that Planet 7 has made me.....they denied payment by Bitcoin,then denied a draft check. The bank account I had was a joint account so they then denied me again telling me my only option if I wanted to get paid was to open another bank account. Well I opened a bank account solely for receiving my winnings and now Plabet 7 isn't responding to my emails.initial withdrawal request was on 11/3/2020.

i appreciate your efforts. i hope that Planet 7 cares enough to try and better their reputation by doing the right thing. unfortunately, i did not consult sources such as yours prior to handing over my money. i had no idea that they have a history of unethical practices, but after investigation online, i see i am not the only one to struggle with this casino for a withdrawal.

again, i appreciate any attempt you make on my behalf.
