Player's Complaint

I’ve been trying to to get paid for a win for 5 months now. I’ve filled out every form and my withdrawal has been approved. They just keep telling me they need more information every time. Now I just talked to them again and they won’t send a check or bank wire to me, because they don’t accept my bank and won’t tell me what banks they do accept. They asked if my bank accepts international checks and wires which I called them and they do. I’ve also asked for a bitcoin payout, but they won’t do that either.

Now I’m stuck and am out of options. All I want is a check or bitcoin payments.
