Player's Complaint

Won big and decide to withdraw $2500 on the first week. Before wired transfer withdraws I will need to provide Planet7 my ID (front and back), credit card (front and back) and a utility bill statement with my name and address. I was verified and approved, however they told me that my winnings didn’t meet their terms and I was denied. They stated that I broke the terms when I decide to play video poker and blackjack, however I won all my winning through slots and then proceed to play something different than slots. I believe I didn’t break their bonus terms since I used my own money and exceed their bonuses. The chat agent told me that I should play outright with my own money and not their bonuses. I feel like it was a bait and switch deal when they refused to give me my free spins when I first became a member and now they won’t payout my winnings of $2500.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this situation. Planet7 carry the following promotional term:

"Playing a prohibited or restricted game while using a bonus will void any winnings generated during the use of a said bonus. These terms are valid and applicable even after the playthrough requirement has been met. All Deposit Bonuses for Slots and Keno with No Restrictions (No Playthrough and No Max Cash-Out) come with our software minimum of 1X playthrough (deposit + bonus amount) before the funds can be withdrawn."

The above is clear that these restrictions apply until you've withdrawn, not simply to the end of the wagering requirements.
