Player's Complaint
The casino has done a very good job in the past of getting my money to me in a timely manner. After I went on a winning streak and has several decent size withdrawals they stripped me of being able to use ANY bonus codes and then took over 5 weeks to approve the withdrawals. The withdrawals were approved and to be sent on February 21st and 22nd. I have recieved one so far (which took over a month) and as of this morning on friday March 29th am still waiting for the other one. They have lowered withdrawal limits in one transaction from 2000$ to 750$ and will have admitted in chat that its strictly because I have gotten lucky. I just need my money. There is no reason it should have taken this long sense I have had plenty of other withdrawals from the site and recieved within a week of approval.
