I have already played at this casino a couple of times. But this is my first win here, I won 1 623 EUR on the 15th of April. I uploaded all the docs and then out of nowhere the casino blocked my account. I sent them the email first and then had a chat where I was told that the players from Mexico are not allowed to play. I was shocked really, but even more after I checked the terms. There was nothing about any restrictions concerning Mexico. Then in a couple of days I had a chat and the chat basically admitted that there was some kind of mistake on their behalf. I wrote a message to the email the chat gave me, but it has been ten days and still no response….
