Player's Complaint

won 16,000 cashed out they held the funds in my account.. i knew at that time to send my id and proof my address so i did that, then 48hrs later they asked me to send them id and proof of address which i did again, then 24hrs later they tellme my documents where approved..at this point i also did tell them that i had to close my bank account due a fraud investigation so i told them that my echeck was going to bounce they said that is fine they will take it out of my winnings which is fine, now its been a weeek and nothing, then i was playing as i took money out of my 2nd withdrawal as i withdrew again $1000 and boom i was locked out then they said they locked my account due to chargebacks and they will be back to me... this is unfair

Hi lastfirstname53 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you here. If your deposit has not been honoured by your bank (i.e. the casino has not received the funds) then any play that was associated with those funds would be considered void.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.
