My withdrawl I made. But I couldnt get it. Cause the chat I had with them a while back. Is a major piriority for there clients. So my account ended up getting close and withdrawl confiscated. Its dissapointing. Play for ages nothing happen. But my first withdrawl and that happen to me.

Its been over 2months now. They have close my account. I marith khao my online casino username is analeya1992. They said my winnings have been cinfiscated due to a statement I made a while back. And they take that matter seriously. The statement I made was with jackpotcity. Which had nothing to do with platinumplay. So emailed them. Havnt herd anything back. Was $650 I withdraw. Been playing so long. My first ever winnings and they do that to me. Its sadly sucks aye. I couldnt get my winnings. Been playing for ages and nothing happen. Until I decide to withdraw for first time. No response. All they said my winnings has been confiscated. Sucks.

Ive explain to them. Statement wasnt with platinumplay. They said they all both run throught the same service. Etc. But statement ive made ws with jackpotcity. Not platinumplay. Ive emailed them copy of id and statement I wrote on piece of paper and sign and witness I was fit and allowed to play. They said thats fine. So open up a new account. Been playing for a while . Everything was fine. Untill I made my first withdrawl. Sucks. Im having the same problem with jackpotcity now. I made a withdrawl pf $3200 send documents they needed and thats stil under review. Havnt herd anything back. But I will make a new complaint about that soon. When I recieve a email from them. Or is it good idea to lay a complaint now donu reackn ThePogg??

I was going through a ruff time at the time being. And just played all my money online. Well with jackpotcity. And ask them for a free bonus which they couldnt help. So I just told them that I was depressed and feeling suicidal.only because I had just broken up with my partner and didnt get to see my kids. But now everything has change and im back to where I am. Happy with my kids and partner again. So thats y I started playing online again. And explain my self over email to them. And everything is fine. It just that they wouldnt allowed my old account to re open. So I made new ones. And neva eva had a problem until I withdrawl my first ever winnings.

I'm sorry there's nothing we can do to help you here.

While I understand you may have been having difficult at the time you said these things to Jackpot City, no responsible casino operator is going to reopen your account after you've told them about suicidal feelings. They would get crucified for doing so if you were to subsequently harm yourself or if you were to make a claim for the return of losses.

When they have refused to re-open your account this has been a clear statement that the group will no longer accept your play, not an invitation to open a different account to access their services again. If this secondary account has not been detected at point of registration this will be due to you having varied the details under which you registered. As such it would not be picked up until you withdrew.

I'm sorry, but under these circumstances the operator were right to restrict your account and not re-open it.
