Found for the Casino - There is no good reason to open a second account with a casino. This is a clearly prohibited practice. If you do so there is nothing we can do to help you.

Player's Complaint

I have been playing on play ammo every week for about 6 months I just hit a big win for $2,000 the next day they closed my account saying I had multiple accounts I can agree that I may have had one other account that would have been open the years ago and not used I did not know that I had another account that other account does not have any outstanding balance or negative activity but they closed my account and will not even answer my questions now

Unfortunately if you can confirm that you have registered multiple accounts there is nothing we can do for you. This is prohibited at effectively all online gambling operators and it is your responsibility to ensure you do not break this rule.

You already have an open complaint file about this issue, please do not open new ones.

As stated above, there is nothing we can do for you here. Whether or not your additional account was accidental, it is your responsibility to keep track of this and this is a breach of terms. As there is a clear breach of terms our only line of approach is to ask for the operator to take a lenient view of the case, but this is an operator that we Blacklist and who have been critiqued for their handling of previous complaints. There is minimum chance of them taking any sympathetic view based on our request.
