Player's Complaint

A few days ago I decided to throw a bit of money in the online casino play amo, after winning 500$ I decided to withdraw my winnings . Ever since all they did is decline my withdraw over and over again giving me different kinds of excuses why it’s being declined , after sending in over 10 different documents it’s still being denied because they want a second photo ID? I sent them my passport which is expired but apparently that’s not good enough. I took a picture of my valid Canadian drivers licence over 3 times even a picture of me holding it. I’ve sent in birth certificates , Medicare etc to back up my valid ID. I don’t have any more documents to send in but they won’t help me out what’s so ever just keep repeating themselves saying they can’t accept my valid Canadian drivers licence and require a second piece of identification. I just want my winnings !! I’ve used many many different types of online casinos and I have never came across these complications.
