Hello! I have recently contacted you regarding issue with Playigo and you advised me to try to solve in with gaming operator directly. I tried doing as you advised but it didn't help. Casino keeps insisting that I breached something so I am writting to you again and hoping that you can help.

Playigo casino recently confiscated my win because of "signs of irregular play ". The email they sent me includes a lot of different points and they never specified what exactly did I breach. Here is the list of "signs" they sent me:

- a significant and systematic change in the gaming regime (a bet, type of game, betting structure, etc.) to fulfill the conditions for playing a bonus;

- use of any betting system or making equal money bets in given table games, including but not limited to baccarat, roulette, and/or a super-wheel;

- placing bets on games with bonus money in order to enhance value, lose or finish playing a bonus; then cash out the accumulated value using a real money balance with or without a secondary deposit

- using the gamble feature to increase win values.

I recently started playing in casino and I had a couple of favorite games and obviously I played them. I enjoy playing and also I enjoy winning and as every gambler in the world I withdraw money when I win, that is the most enjoyable part. It looks like casino just decided not to pay me because I won 1513 EUR! I am writing to you in order to pay your attention to the casino's dishonest behavior and I am hoping you will help me to return the money I won.

The last reply from them (26.10) was: "As it was mentioned earlier, your payment was declined due to the signs of irregular play during the period when bonus was wagered." I can forward you all the correspondence
