Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue PlayOjo have offered no response to this complaint what-so-ever.

Player's Complaint

Its been almost 2 weeks since my withdrawal. I have sent my bank statement as well proving i have not received the EUR500.

Not sure what to do, spoken to customer service. They just dont reply to me anymore

Unfortunately you have chosen to complaint about a group that is both negatively listed with this service and who have been inconsistent in their response to complaints. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact PlayOjo about this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we can suggest at this stage is that you contact the operator's ADR eCOGRA.
