Hi druss81 - welcome back!

Before we go any further I need you to give me more information on this issue.

Am I correct in saying that you previously self-excluded with the SkillOnNet license and were looking to re-engage with them after the conclusion of your exclusion? Why did you send them an old waiver form?

Yes thats right i had self excluded and wanted to reopen i rang them as asked to do the women i spoke too said i had 24 hours to send waiver back i didnt have a printer so i signed it by markup and wrote it out on paper they would not take either so i found and old one i had from last year so i just sent that this was 36 hours after call and they just reopened it

Hi Druss81,

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you here. UKGC rules require a previously self-excluded player to take positive action to re-open their account, for a phone discussion to take place before the account is re-opened and for a 24 hour cooling off period to pass before the request is actioned. The request for a waiver is over and above what is required by license before they can re-open an account.

Sorry we cannot be of more help.
