Player's Complaint

I had a pending withdrawal of $2000 somcr 2014. I sent them all of my documents and inquired for months about my withdrawal and they just kept giving me the same old song and dance. I finally just gave up and decided never to play at Plenty Jackpots again. I decided to cancel my 3 year old pending withdrawal and play it out. I won more money! I spoke to someone via chat and he said their new account manager is awesome, something I’m going to have to see to believe. You helped me with one other casino and you were fantastic. I decided I won this money fair and square and there is no reason for this to have gone on this long so once again I’m asking for your help please.

Hi ladydi53 - welcome back!

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with a group that are entirely unregulated, widely blacklisted, well known for this type of issue and historically have been consistently non-responsive to complaints submitted to this service. I'll try to contact the operator for you but you need to understand from the outset that the chances that we can do anything to help you are very slim.

I understand completely. I made the mistake of playing there over three years ago and that was a huge mistake. I have since deleted that casino and All casinos associated with it. It’s a long shot but I appreciate anything you do.

Hi ladydi53,

Amazingly I have actually heard back from Plenty Jackpots casino. Unfortunately it's not good news.

Plenty Jackpots apparently has new owners. These new owners have stated that they are willing to honour some old complaints, but this goes back further than the data they have access to and as such they won't deal address any complaints older than one year.

Unfortunately that means that there's nothing further we can do to help you. Sorry!
