Player's Complaint

I had already been verified in the past and withdrew money in the amount of 1900. When I won 3000 and tried to withdraw it they said I was flagged as being fraud and to resend my photoid of me holding it up and proof of address holding it up to my face which I did many times. After that and waiting so long they finally updated me and I thought all good until they reversed my money back into my account again and used the excuse that they wanted a copy of my bank account statement which they already had from the first time I verified my account. So I sent it again and they still have not answered me. Can you please find out why. I am a dentist and want to take them for defamation of character cause it's like they are accusing me of Fraud. I just want my money so can you please follow it up for me. Thankyou

Finally, you likely have little claims in terms of defamation of character. The operator would need to have stated publicly that you were engaged in fraud, not simply over a private email communication, before you would have that type of claim.
