Posh – Casino will not payout

Found for the Player - As has become standard for Posh Casino, despite our repeated efforts to discuss this issue with the operator we have received no response what-so-ever.

Player's Complaint

On August 25th 2018, I fulfilled a play through requirement on a bonus at Posh Casino after getting a phone call inviting me to re-join this invitation only casino. I had played there in the past. The amount after bonus was approved for $520. It has now been 60 days and nothing! live support says the casino had so many winners, that they were not issuing any payouts at this time. After repeated chats with live support, they told me last week, my bank wire would be going out in a few days. Still nothing. I used to play at Posh in the past and they always paid out promptly. I don't know what happened! I feel like I'm at a standstill.

Unfortunately it's unlikely we will be able to do anything to help you in this instance. Posh Casino have been historically non-responsive to complaints posted at this site and have appear to be having issues paying players based on what we've seen. While I will try to contact them on your behalf you should be aware that the chances of us being able to resolve this for you are low.

Unfortunately despite repeatedly trying to contact Posh Casino to discuss your issue we have received no response what-so-ever. I have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing in the foreseeable future and cannot suggest any other course of action.
