Praise Casino - Deposit with Self exclusion

Resolved - Both the submitting complainant and Praise Casino have informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

Player's Complaint

I was able to open and deposit an account with my personal data.

The account is now blocked due to self-exclusion.

But I have an account with the same group of companies which is excluded from playing.

Therefore the registration as well as the deposit is actually not effective or am I wrong ???

Which properties were you self-excluded at? When you self-excluded, did you ask for your exclusion to be carried over to other properties on the license?

i am self excluded on the main Site N1 Casino.

So i have try to register me on Praise Casino.

all works fine.

On Friday the 9th of June i have make 3 Deposits with a Total of 800€.

And on Monday the 12th of June i have try to Login again Maybe i can Try my Luck.

So there was an Info over my Self excluding on the Partner site of Praise Casino.

I Think when iam self excluded on this company i cant register a new Account with exactly the same Name , Adress, Email and so on.

And a Deposit must been canceled instantly.

So i want to have a Chargeback of this Deposits because it is not the rule of Responsible Gaming.

Sorry for my English 😇

Hi fskvoli,

Under the MGA licensing system, self-exclusions only apply at the property they are requested at, unless the player has explicitly requested that the exclusion carry over to other properties on the license. Did you make such a request?
