Hi!
Praise casino require a deposit to make an account and to start to play on their website. I didn't had an account earlier so I deposited 500 euros to be able to make an account and play. For some I got kicked out of the website when I made my first deposit and was about to make an account. Because I made the deposit via Trustly and my personal bank account I thought if I tried to deposit again maybe my earlier deposits would be accessible in the new account but I got kicked out after every deposit. I couldn't make an account. I tried to contact them one week ago, but they keep saying the same things, prolonging the process by saying very strange things that don't make sense and making fun of me in the chat. I asked them several times that I wanted a refund but they keep writing things that don't make sense and sometimes making fun of me. I've saved the chat and also have evidence that deposits went thru. Thank you for your help.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
