Propawin - delayed payment

Ruling

Resolved - After a payment delay, Propawin paid this player in full.

Player's Complaint

Hi the Pogg,

I registered with Propawin.com on May 17th and made 2 deposits totaling £150 GBP. I played several games and eventually had a balance of £1001.50.

I requested a withdrawal but it would not work via the Propawin cashier just kept saying system error. This lasted for 3 days, totally unable to request a withdrawal.

Support not responding now for 48 hours to any of my emails. The tickets I opened have been deleted.

If you can't process a withdrawal for 72 hours, support don't respond and it seems they are not going to pay my winnings it does not look good.

Update

On May 21st Propawin finally said they would pay by today latest (27th May). The funds have not arrived so I contacted support. They said the following.

Dear [EDIT], thank you for contacting us again. Unfortunately there was an unexpected delay with our manual bank transfers. We would like to apologise for this income and we guarantee 100% safety of your withdrawal and that it will be on your account next week, hopefully it should be Monday. Again, take our apologies for this situation and we hope for your understanding and patience.

This is completely unacceptable and I am seeking your assistance in dealing with Propawin. I attempted to make my withdrawal 10 days ago, their system just said error (see attached). Support do not respond and I believe now they have no intention of paying.

Can you help? My account at Propawin is [EDIT].

Best, reggy I have all evidence to support my complaint. If Propawin are rogue and they are scamming players in my opinion.

Hi reggy123 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

I have to disagree with you about a few things here. This doesn't sound to me like a casino that's has no intention of paying. Quite the contrary. If a casino isn't going to pay they'll usually either say that directly or not tell you anything. When a casino's trying to explain that they're having issues sending out a payment it usually means that they fully intend to pay, they're just having issues doing so.

To put this in context, I spend a lot of my days dealing with player complaints and many of them are payment delays. Many of these complaints take months to resolve, but the players do ultimately receive their funds.

I'm not trying to say that this type of delay is acceptable or normal at a good casino, but I am trying to say that at this point I don't feel you need to be panicking. I do understand how frustrating a delay like this can be, but my recommendation would be to wait a little longer and when you receive your funds choose another casino to play with.

In the meantime I'll contact Propawin and see what I can find out. I don't anticipate this getting your money before next week, but I'll see what I can do.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
